CHASE hospice care for children provides care and support to over 300 families who all have one thing in common - a child who will not live to reach adulthood because of their medical conditions.
CHASE provides a network of care to life limited children and their families across South West London, Surrey and Sussex.
At home, at school, at play and at our children's hospice - Christopher's, the CHASE team provides whatever each child and their family needs, today, tomorrow and for as long as we are needed.
From when a child is diagnosed, through to bereavement and beyond, CHASE provides practical help, nursing and care, and emotional support as a family or as individuals, as they all move through different emotions.
CHASE strives to make childhood and teenage years just what they should be, full of fun, opportunities, independence, and creating memories, for the time when memories are all that is left.
