We use our trading income to cover our running costs as would any other Mortgage Broker, whilst also generating income for charity, quite unlike any other Mortgage Broker.
Existing financial services companies generate billions in profit every year, being the first legally recognised social enterprise (CIC) within the sector allows us to tap into and re-distribute some of those profits to charity, by giving the public the advice and help they need.
